Capital stock of FHLBank Atlanta is owned by our member financial institutions from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
In addition, the Bank issues consolidated obligations and holds joint and several liability for consolidated obligations issued by the Federal Home Loan Bank System. We are committed to transparent financial reporting so our investors understand how we use their funds to advance our mission.
FHLBank Atlanta's stock is not publicly traded, but we are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and file quarterly, annual, and current reports with the SEC.
