All of our plans are Open Access, which means selecting a primary care physician or obtaining a referral is not required for access to health care services.

FHLBank Atlanta employees can choose from three medical plan options that allow them to stay in network or go out of network for care. Employees can participate in health savings accounts and receive up to $1,000 per year to help cover the cost of health insurance deductions and out-of-pocket expenses.
