Structured Partnership Product

FHLBank Atlanta's Structured Partnership Product

The Structured Partnership Product (SPP) is a unique arrangement where FHLBank Atlanta engages in a structured, short-term agreement with a local government or housing finance agency (HFA) to provide funds exclusively to FHLBank Atlanta member financial institutions and their customers. The SPP is designed to help FHLBank Atlanta members achieve their lending business objectives and build stronger partnerships throughout their communities.

FHLBank Atlanta has partnered with the following organizations to offer eligible members exclusive access to the SPP.

 

  • Housing Floridians Program with FHLBank Atlanta

    The Housing Floridians Structured Partnership Program provides up to $3 million in grant financing exclusively to FHLBank Atlanta shareholders and their customers. This unique partnership with 12 local Housing Authorities (HFAs) in Florida will assist income-eligible homeowners in Brevard, Clay, Duval, Hillsborough, Lake, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Seminole counties. Eligible homeowners can receive up to $22,500.

    Members who participate in the Housing Floridians Program will have the ability to leverage a new pipeline of potential customers and depositors, enhance their CRA strategy, achieve lending business objectives, and build a stronger relationship with business drivers in the 12 HFAs.

  • Strengthen Alabama Homes Program with the Alabama Department of Insurance and FHLBank Atlanta

    The Strengthen Alabama Homes Program (SAHP) provides up to $3 million in grants exclusively to FHLBank Atlanta shareholders and their customers. Funds will assist income-eligible homeowners in Baldwin and Mobile counties in the rehabilitation of their existing homes. Eligible homeowners can receive up to $15,000.

    The collaborative initiative is intended to reduce or stabilize homeowner insurance premiums in the state of Alabama by instituting a home rehabilitation program designed to better position homes against possible wind damage through the provision of wind mitigation/rehabilitation funds in Baldwin and Mobile counties.

    Members who participate in SAHP will have the ability to leverage a new pipeline of potential customers and depositors, enhance their CRA strategy, achieve lending business objectives, and build a stronger relationship with business drivers in Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
