Now Available: $4 Million in Funding for AHP Homeownership Set-aside Program

FHLBank Atlanta is proud to announce that we have committed an additional $4 million in funding to our Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Homeownership Set-aside program to further support the communities our members serve.

The funding is available on a first come, first served basis, and eligible borrowers can apply for up to $15,000 to help them purchase or rehabilitate a home. Up to $12,500 in funding can be used toward the First-time Homebuyer Product, up to $15,000 can be used toward the Community Partners Product, which is available for currently employed or retired law enforcement officers, educators, firefighters, health care workers, other first responders, veterans or their surviving spouse, and essential workers, and up to $10,000 can be used for the rehabilitation of an existing owner-occupied home located in a "Major Disaster Declaration" or "Emergency Declaration" disaster area as designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Members can apply for up to $1 million in funding.
