Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Declares a 4.56% Dividend
for Third Quarter 2015

 

ATLANTA, October 29, 2015 — The Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta) has approved a dividend at an annualized rate of 4.56 percent for the third quarter of 2015.

According to FHLBank Atlanta Chair of the Board of Directors, Gary Garczynski, “The third quarter dividend reflects the strength of the FHLBank Atlanta cooperative and our ability to focus on the growth and profitability of our shareholders.”

The dividend rate is equal to average three-month LIBOR, plus 4.25 percent for the period of July 1, 2015, to September 30, 2015. The dividend payout is applicable to capital stock held during that period. The dividend will be credited to shareholders’ daily investment accounts at the close of business on November 3, 2015.
