Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Declares
a 6.05% Dividend for Third Quarter 2019

ATLANTA, October 31, 2019 – The Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta) today approved a third quarter 2019 cash dividend at an annualized rate of 6.05 percent.

“FHLBank Atlanta is focused on maintaining financial strength and helping shareholders get the most out of their membership in our cooperative,” said FHLBank Atlanta Chair of the Board of Directors, Rick Whaley. “We are pleased to be able to return value to our shareholders through this strong third quarter dividend.”

The dividend rate is 3.85 percentage points over the daily average three-month LIBOR yield for the third quarter of 2019. The dividend will be calculated based on shareholders’ capital stock held during that period. The dividend will be credited to shareholders’ daily investment accounts at the close of business on November 5, 2019.
