DEI Initiatives

The Bank’s 2022-2024 DEI Program Strategic Plan includes a revised vision statement and visions. The word “equity” was added, changing the program’s naming convention from D&I to DEI, and reflecting the continued growth of the program. The DEI program retains an approach built on four distinct areas: people, partnerships, capital markets, and suppliers. The partnerships area focuses on products, services, and knowledge sharing that connect with the Bank’s DEI objectives.

In 2022, the Bank engaged in targeted outreach of TCLP-related products, services, and knowledge sharing activities to assist mission-oriented members in achieving their DEI-related mission objectives. The Bank also engaged in special events and forums with MDIs and several of the Bank’s knowledge sharing outreach activities pertaining to heirs’ property also contained a DEI component.
